The insulation and cooling properties of the transformer are affected by the quality
of the oil. Water, gases and particulates together with sludge deteriorate the oil
which results in lowering of dielectric breakdown voltage. If the transformer is
left untreated, it definitely brings to its failure. New oil as well requires
further degasification to remove air and moisture added during transportation and
handling procedures.

The deep vacuum system category comprises UVM-6 and UVM-10M models. These systems

thermal vacuum treatment of transformer, cable, turbine and other oils by
degasification, azotizing, drying and purification with aim to remove gas, water and
particulate matter. The systems are used while installation, repair and operation of
oil-filled high-voltage equipment up to 1150 kV (power transformers, high-voltage
switches etc.) and turbines as well.

The regeneration system category comprises UVM-R-0.7 model. The system is intended
for full regeneration of transformer oil with adsorbent of electrical insulating oil
viscosity of which does not exceed 70 cSt at temperature 50°C. That is the system is
able to restore oil to its virgin properties.

The purification system category comprises UVM-10-0.16, UVM-10-0.6, UVM-10-1.0,
UVM-10-1.7, UVM-10-2.2, UVM-10-4.0, UVM-10-6.0, UVM-10-8.0 and UVM-EP-10-0.6,
UVM-EP-10-4.0 models. The systems are used for removal of particulates and thermal
vacuum dehydration and degasification in order to withdraw free and soluble water as
well as gas out of electrical insulating and lubricating oils. UVM-EP-10-0.6 and
UVM-EP-10-4.0 models enjoy explosion proof design.

The zeolite treatment system category comprises UVM-Z-4.3, UVM-Z-1.7, UVM-ZR-3.5,
UVM-ZR-1.7, Zeolite Recovery Block-100, Zeolite Cartridges-260 models.
UVM-ZR-1.7 and UVM-ZR-3.5 systems are intended for removal of contaminants, free and
soluble water as well as for decreasing of acidity of electrical insulating and
lubricating oils viscosity of which is not to exceed 70 cSt. The oils are clarified
with zeolite (sorbent agent) which is restored subsequently directly in the system.
UVM-Z-4.3 and UVM-Z-1.7 model enjoys the same properties as UVM-ZR-1.7 and
UVM-ZR-3.5 with the exception that it is not able to recover zeolite (sorbent
agent). Yet its advantage is a lower price.
Zeolite Recovery Block-100 is designed for recovery of zeolite to its virgin
process-dependent parameters in Zeolite Cartridges.
Zeolite Cartridges-260 is used for drying of transformer oil with zeolite.
Invertible design of the cartridges provides with easy loading and unloading of the
zeolite.

The heating filtration system category comprises UVM-F-0.6, UVM-F-4.0, UVM-F-10-0.5
(micro). The systems are used to clarify insulating and lubricating oil from
particulates as well as for thermal vacuum degasification and dehydration. The
viscosity of oil does not to exceed 70 cSt at temperature +50°C. The advantages of
UVM-F-10-0.5 model are that it is compact, mobile filtrating machime that can be
transported with one person. For a better effect oil to be filtered must be pumped
through the filter 4 or 5 times.

The heating stream system category comprises UVM-HS-70, UVM-HS-18 model. The system
is used for heating transformer oil while its topping-up or changing, yet while
drying of transformers. The system is suitable for heating of mineral, industrial
turbine and other oils as well as for liquids that do not result in corrosion of
materials the heater is made of.

The filling-up high-voltage bushing plant category comprises UVM-HVF-4 model. The
system is intended for topping-up of degasified transformer oil into high-voltage
oil-filled hermetic bushings while installation, repair and operation of power
transformers, high-voltage switches.
